Guest Wifi Acceptable Use Policy

This Guest WiFi service is provided by Jarrold & Sons for the convenience of our customers.

This policy applies to anyone using Jarrold & Sons Guest WiFi service. 

Acceptable Use

You must not use this WiFi service to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or criminal activity.
• Access, distribute or store material that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any device, network, account or system.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful software.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including through unlawful downloading or sharing of copyrighted material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security or performance of the WiFi service or any connected systems.

Children using this service should do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for the online activities of children in their care.

Availability and Security

This WiFi service is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, speed, performance or compatibility with your device.

You are responsible for the security of your device and any information transmitted while using this service.

Monitoring and Network Management

To provide, maintain and protect the WiFi service, we may collect and process limited technical information, including device identifiers, IP addresses and connection logs.

We may collect and review technical network information and connection logs to maintain the security, integrity and performance of the service..

Suspension of Access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the WiFi service where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where required by law, or where necessary 
to protect our systems, customers or business.
