FAQs
We are pleased to welcome well behaved dogs into all of our Stores. The only exception being areas where we are serving food, this includes all of our restaurants and cafes. Our dog admittance policy is:
- Dogs must be well behaved and accompanied by a responsible owner
- Dogs are excluded from all restaurants, including the wine bar
- Dogs must be kept on a fixed lead at all times, unless being carried
- Smaller dogs must be carried on escalators to avoid injury to paws
- We reserve the right to refuse entry
- Step-free access- via entrances on Exchange Street and London Street with lifts to other floors
- Accessible toilets on the Lower Ground Floor and Floor 2
- Assistance dogs welcome
- All restaurants accessibility- friendly
