Do you cater to dietary restrictions?    
We have a range of vegetarian and dairy-free options available. All our pizzas are also available with a gluten-free base.

Do I need to book, or are walk-ins accepted?
You do not need to book; walk-ins are accepted, but booking will guarantee a table. You can use our online booking system further up the page to make a reservation.

Is it wheelchair friendly?
Yes, The Exchange is wheelchair friendly - you can access the lower ground floor where The Exchange is located using the lifts.

Do you accept Jarrolds' discount cards?
Yes, we accept Jarrolds' discount cards across all our restaurants.

Can I use my loyalty card?
Unfortunately, you're not able to use your loyalty card at The Exchange.
