One voucher per transaction and per customer. 4. Voucher is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or placed for sale/auction online or elsewhere. 5. Refunds will take any discount into account. 6. Jarrold reserves the right to reject this voucher with reasonable cause. 7. Exclusions for each promotion may apply but will depend individual promotion. 8. Closing date is specific to each individual promotion.  9. A student is defined as an individual currently enrolled in a full-time or part-time course at an institution of higher education.  Jarrolds stationery & art shop will offer a 10% student discount to all NUS and NUS extra card holders. To receive the discount a valid NUS or NUS extra card must be present at the time of purchase  This discount offer is limited to merchandise and services within the Stationery and art branch as outlined in this agreement and does not apply to merchandise or services in any other Jarrolds business or department.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Jarrold & Sons Ltd, London Street, Norwich, NR2 1JF (“Jarrolds”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2. Employees of Jarrold & Sons Ltd., its subsidiaries, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The prize draw runs during the period advertised by Jarrolds (“Promotional Period”).
3.2. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Instore Entry: Customers who scan their Jarrolds Loyalty Card or app during any eligible instore transaction will automatically receive one entry per transaction. No minimum spend is required.
4.2. Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary): Entrants may submit a free entry by completing the online form available at the official free-entry page. Only one free entry per person will be accepted.
4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes

5.1. A total of 255 Jarrolds Gift Cards, each with a face value of £55, are available to be won.
5.2. Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative reward, and must be used in accordance with the standard Jarrolds Gift Card terms of use.
5.3. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase alcohol; other product exclusions may apply as stated in-store or online.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
6.2. The draw will take place as specified.
6.3. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided with their Loyalty account or via their free-entry form.
6.4. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Jarrolds reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Personal data submitted in connection with the prize draw will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with Jarrolds’ Privacy Policy.
7.2. Entrants’ data will not be used for marketing unless explicit consent is given.

8. General Conditions

8.1. Jarrolds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time, including where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.2. Jarrolds accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or delayed entries.
8.3. By submitting an entry, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
8.4. Jarrolds’ decision regarding all aspects of the promotion, including eligibility and winner selection, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Liability

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarrolds will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or from acceptance of a prize.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising from the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
