Restaurant Senior Shift Supervisor

With a choice of four restaurants and a coffee bar Jarrold is passionate about delicious food and drink. This is an exciting time for us as we expand our team and introduce a new role.

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Shift Supervisor to join our brilliant team, providing vital support to our Front of House Manager, the successful candidate will be hands-on and proactive with a positive attitude and full of enthusiasm.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth day to day running of the restaurants, always ensuring the delivery of a truly exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone with a real passion for hospitality and a natural flair to develop relationships with our customers and teams.

Whilst you will work alongside the team and have your own sections to run, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the restaurants. You will help manage the restaurant booking system and support with the many events we cater as well as answering any general operational queries.

It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrates the following attributes:

• Hospitality experience
• A professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Experience of managing multiple teams of colleagues
• An outstanding team player, with a “hands-on” mentality
• The ability to manage stressful situations in a calm manner
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Strong wine and food knowledge preferred
• A good understanding of Health and safety requirements
