We’re looking for a Part Time Beauty Coach (26.5hrs per week) based in Jarrolds Norwich

The Beauty Coach is an Ambassador of the brand’s uniqueness. Delivering excellent customer care, listening to & understanding our customers and building relationships based on trust. Giving personalised beauty advice ensuring that each customer feels valued and unique

The Beauty Coach is a member of a team; they have individual objectives as well as participating in team targets, planning and implementing counter events and activities, maximizing new launches, establishing and maintaining a client base.


  • Deliver the best Clarins care providing a personalised service to customers
  • Know your customers, focus on building loyalty, meeting immediate requirements and anticipating future needs
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and be flexible to alternative solutions
  • Be a Brand Ambassador and consistently seek networking opportunities
  • Drive business performance by ensuring all selling tools are utilised to maximise results
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are implemented

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the retail environment
  • Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends
