How to apply:
Step 1: Top line: draw a line on your lash line.
Step 2: Arrow line: continue your line and do a cat eye.
Step 3: Bottom line: draw a line on your bottom lash.
Step 4: Precision line: start at the end of your cat eye and draw a line in order to achieve a V shape.
