A delightful light gin with a touch of raspberry to add a gentle fruit overtone to the fresh Mediterranean herbal notes and warm spices in our award winning dry gin on which it is based. Distilled in the Norfolk countryside, in small batches at our distillery on our family farm, using home-made milk churn stills and botanicals found around the farm and Norfolk.
