This Coeur des Bar Blanc de Noirs by the Devaux Champagne House is made from a selection of plots in the vineyards of the Côte des Bar, which have been cultivated for nearly 20 years in an environmentally friendly manner. Some parcels are currently converting to organic farming.

Made from the cuvée, i.e. the best quality of the pressed juice, this Coeur des Bar Blanc de Noirs by the Devaux Champagne House is a 100% Pinot Noir. This blend is completed by 20% reserve wines.
