Our sparkling Bacchus Brut Reserve was produced from hand harvested fruit using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in bottle. Refreshingly light, it offers apple, gooseberry and elderflower flavours with fine bubbles, balanced by creamy notes from 12 months ageing on lees, with a smooth, clean finish. Vegan.
