Cartwright & Butler Ultra Thick Dark Chocolate Ginger Biscuits Tin

The starting point was a classic ginger biscuit recipe to which Cartwright & Butler added stemmed ginger for a little extra gingery zing and then we added the chocolate -and not just any chocolate, but a super fine, dark chocolate. And we kept on adding the chocolate. After all, it's not called an ultra thick chocolate biscuit for nothing. Available here in one of Cartwright & Butler’s signature, clip-lid tins.

Dark Chocolate Coating (67%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Anhydrous Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Sugar, Sugarcane Syrup, Stem Ginger (4%) (Ginger, Sugar), Salted Butter (4%) (Milk, Salt), Eggs, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate; Ground Ginger, Salt.
Dark Chocolate Coating Contains: Cocoa Solids 52% Minimum.
