Loison Black Habana Dark Chocolate And Rum Panettone 1000g

The handcrafted "Blackhabana" Panettone has a particularly soft well-waved dough, enriched with a delicious filling of dark chocolate cream and rum and sweetened with natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food Presidium. The natural leavening, starting with a mother yeast dough, and the 72 hours of patient craftsmanship, give the Panettone high softness and digestibility. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free range eggs, milk, cream and mountain butter. Made for gourmets who love the intensity of single-origin cru chocolate and the strong taste of rum.
