A decadent milk chocolate truffle with a caramel, praline and sea salt centre, covered in rich milk chocolate and fine crumbled biscuit.
Ingredients
Milk chocolate (70.4%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), sugar confectionery (18.7%) (glucose syrup. sweetened condensed skimmed milk (skimmed milk, sugar), fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), salt, artificial caramel flavouring, emulsifier (mono- & di-glycerides of fatty acids)), light hazelnut paste (9.5%) (sugar, hazelnuts (40%), cocoa butter), fine crumbled biscuit (1%) (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower, rapeseed), anhydrous milk fat, milk sugar, milk proteins, salt, malt extract (barley), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), anti-oxidant (tocopherol)), sea salt (0.4%) Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% min.; milk solids 21.5% min.
