Before its made, some of the sugar and milk powders are removed and used with a touch of butter to make a caramel which is then added back into the mix with carefully selected varieties of cocoa to make a caramel flavoured chocolate that’s gently enhanced with the sharpness of pink Himalayan rock salt.
Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, Caramel Powder (Skimmed MILK Powder, MILK Proteins, Sugar, Butter (MILK), Whey Powder (MILK), Lactose (MILK), Emulsifiers (SOY & Sunflower Lecithins), Natural Flavourings, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt.
