At Holdsworth Chocolates our truffles, pralines, creams and caramels are mixed, coated and decorated by hand at our factory in the heart of the Peak District.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate 37% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier:soya lecithin, natural vanilla), dark chocolate(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier:soya lecithin, natural vanilla), fondant (sugar, glucose, water, preservative;sulphur dioxide), butter (milk), alcohol (Marc de Champagne 4%, neutral spirit).
