Cool Chile - Ancho In Adobo 170g

A tangy, fruity marinade made by blending ancho chillies with cider vinegar, garlic & spices.

Ancho chillies give this paste mild heat and a fruity flavour; use for making traditional dishes like barbacoa.

Serving Suggestion:

Paint on to meat, fish or vegetables and leave the flavours to develop for at least half an hour before barbecuing, grilling or roasting. Can also be used as a steak sauce or mix with butter for baked potatoes.

Orange juice, cider vinegar (25%), onion, ancho chillies (9%), garlic (6%), salt, Chipotles in Adobo (chipotle chillies, water, concentrated tomato paste, salt, sugar, onion, acetic acid), cumin, allspice, Mexican oregano, cinnamon.
