Cool Chile - Habanero Chile Flakes 40g

Chilli Habanero is a famously hot, fruity chilli. The flakes are made from diced whole dried habanero chillies.

Typically small and round in shape, habanero chillies are known for being one of the hottest varieties in the world, but their eye-watering heat is short-lived and complemented by their unique fruity flavour.

Storage & Preparation:

Simply sprinkle the Chile Habanero flakes into the pot during cooking. Alternatively, you can toast the diced chilli briefly in a dry pan to release its flavours, then soak it in hot water for 10 minutes before puréeing with some of the soaking liquid.

Warning: Wash hands after handling.

Suggestion: Add to soups, stews, salsas and sauces.

Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to light.
