Girini Risotto Allo Zafferano Saffron Risotto Jar 250g

Risotto in a jar that's ready to go!
Pour the contents of the jar into a large frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil; stir and lightly fry for 1 minute over a moderate low heat. Using the jar as a measure, add half a jar of water or white wine and stir continuously until all the liquid has evaporated. Pour in a further two jars of hot water, a little at a time, and cook for 16 minutes, until all the liquid is absorbed. Add salt to taste, a knob of butter and stir well for 1 minute.
