There is no use of colourings or artificial preservatives. Only fresh vegetables are used and some are grown on the estate of OrtoSalento and prepared at their peak of ripeness according to artisan methods to maintain the natural flavours of the vegetables.

Pulp of tomato and cherry tomato puree 79%, mixed ricotta (whey, milk, salt), Pecorino Romano 3% (sheep's milk, rennet, salt) extra virgin olive oil, onion, carrots, celery, basil 1%, garlic, sea salt, parsley, pepper, acidifier: citric acid.
