Tenuta Asparagus Risotto 250g

A ready to use risotto mix containing all you need to prepare a delicious risotto in just 15 minutes. Heat Extra Virgin Olive oil in a pan, add the contents of the bag, stir for a minute then add the required amount of water. Stir occasionally and the risotto is ready to eat. You can finish with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Parmesan Cheese.

Cooking Instructions:
Heat a tablespoon of oil/butter in a pan and saute the contents of the bag, adding a sprinkle of wine to enhance the flavours. Add hot water (750/800ml) stir from time to time and cook for approximately 16/18 minutes. Add more water and butter if you prefer a creamier consistency. When cooked, stir in butter and/or Parmesan or add salt to taste.
