Fusion of sweet red peppers and scotch bonnet chillies create the perfect balance of sweet and punchy. Our versatile chilli jam makes the perfect accompaniment to a variety of savoury foods. Handmade in small batches, crafted by multi-award winning Cherry Tree Preserves using the finest ingredients.

Sugar, red peppers (33%), spirit vinegar, gelling agent: fruit pectin, garlic, scotch bonnet chilli (2.2%), lemon, acidity regulator: citric acid, dried chilli (0.3%), salt.
