This quality oil is produced by the Ravida family, near the small town of Menfi, in Sicily.
Three varieties of olive are pressed and blended to give the aroma and flavour of vine tomatoes and meadow herbs, with a spicy and peppery finish.
A delicious finishing oil. This fruity & intense oil pairs well with tomatoes, steak or simply with pasta & fresh herbs.
