Lovingly processed according to a traditional Apulian recipe using freshly picked organic artichoke hearts. Organic Artichokes are nutritious, versatile and incredibly tasty.
Rich in nutrients and minerals, the artichoke heart is ideal for a pizza, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to drinks. But also as a filling or through pasta sauces. You can eat the artichoke hearts with a lamb’s lettuce salad, Parma ham and figs.
