Startle Norwich showcases original paintings, limited editions and sculptures by leading UK and international contemporary artists, personally curated by the Startle team.
Can I browse in person or online?
Yes. You are welcome to visit the gallery in person at Jarrolds during opening hours, or continue your art discovery online with the support of the Startle team.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Startle offers free UK delivery on qualifying orders. All artworks are carefully packaged, with delivery times depending on availability and any framing requirements, and in Norfolk delivery is with one of our own vehicles in person.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the unique nature of original and limited edition artworks, returns are not automatically guaranteed. If an artwork arrives damaged, Startle will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.
Do you take payment plans?
Yes. Startle offers 0% finance options on qualifying purchases, allowing you to spread the cost over 6, 9 or 10 months.
Can I book an art consultation?
Yes. Startle offer personal art consultations in-gallery, virtually, or in your home to help you find the perfect piece.
Can I make a purchase through the Jarrolds' website?
