Terms & Conditions | Gift Cards

1. Subject to the exclusions below, valid and activated gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise in Jarrolds Department Store, Jarrolds Branches.  You can redeem Jarrolds gift cards in any Jarrolds stores and on our website www.jarrolds.co.uk. The amount of any purchase will be deducted from the balance on the gift card.
2. The following exclusions apply to use of our gift cards: 
   • Barker & Stonehouse items
   • Fred Olsen Travel
   • Norwich City Football Club concession
   • Startle Gallery
   • Dipples
   • On our website, it cannot be used on Barker and Stonehouse, online exclusives, or Store-folk purchases.
3. All Jarrolds giftcards are non-refundable.
4. The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
5. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
6. The minimum amount required to activate or top up a gift card is £5 and maximum gift card limit is £1,000.
7. No change will be given when using a gift card, but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
8. Where goods you have purchased with a gift card in our stores or online and are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to a gift card.
9. If you are using a gift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired. 
10. In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use, the gift card will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted. (‘Use’ for these purposes includes purchases and top-ups).
11. Jarrolds cannot be held responsible for gift-cards once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
12. Jarrolds reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. the change the scope of the gift card/e-gift card service, notify the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
13. The gift card balance can be checked in store or by calling 01603 660661.
14. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. 

On card

1. This card is only redeemable for merchandise in Jarrolds Department Store, Jarrold branches and online at Jarrolds.co.uk. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases. In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use the card will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted. The card balance can be checked instore or by calling 01603 660 661.
2. If shopping online please enter this code at checkout.
3. This card cannot be used instore after the panel has been scratched off.
4. Please protect this card and treat as cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
