HOW TO USE

• We recommend an optimal daily dose of 1.5ml. As an introduction to tinctures start low and slow. Begin with 0.5ml and gradually increase to 3 times a day. 
• Here are our top tips for using your Brave Immunity tincture
• Use markings on the pipette to measure your dose with care
• For swift absorption, take directly under your tongue. For a gentle approach add your dose to water, herbal tea or tonic for a refreshing drink
• You may intuitively choose to increase your dose in times of heightened need, but do not exceed 1.5ml up to three times a day.
• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Serving size: 1.5ml daily. Servings per container: approx 33.
