Baytree Dressing Spiced Mango

Try brushing onto fish before grilling or barbecuing.

Marinate strips of chicken in the dressing for a few hours. Griddle or grill them and serve in a pitta bread with shredded lettuce and chunks of fresh avocado.

Baste a whole duck in this delicious dressing for a great alternative to the more traditional orange sauce.
