The Role:

We are looking for talented Sales Consultants with an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our new concession in Jarrolds, Norwich.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.

You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team.

Please note that we have opportunities available on both 28-hour and 12-hour contracts, with weekend availability required for each position.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are completed to a high standard, creating a functional trading environment.
  • Implement floor updates with authorisation from the Senior Visual Merchandiser and share best practice images.
  • Confidently build and manage effective relationships with Hush customers.
  • Meet sales targets and hold accountability for achieving them.
  • Support colleagues and work well as a team to ensure high store performance.
  • Highlight stock needs and commercial actions following store visits.

The Person

  • Available to work either 28 hours or 12 hours per week, across various shift patterns Mon-Sun.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar retail environment.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional service.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry.
  • Reliable and eager to succeed.
  • Enthusiastic and able to set a positive example for colleagues.
  • Flexible and willing to work shift patterns that suit business needs.
