Robert Welch Signature Flexible Slicing Knife 30 cms
The Robert Welch Signature Flexible Slicing Knife has a long, thin blade which ensures good coverage and accuracy when carving delicate meat, poultry or fish.
Made from high-quality German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel with an ergonomic DuPont handle, it has been designed in consultation with professional chefs, with a Japanese-style blade edge hand-applied at a 15° angle.
The added flexibility ensures ease of handling around the bone.
