Baron de Sigognac 10 Ans Bas Armagnac 70cl

A stunning Bas Armagnac, delivering an exceptional and rare taste. Beautifully crafted, it has an elegantly long and pleasing finish of grilled almonds and vanilla.

On the nose, there are marked notes of vanilla, cinnamon and candied orange. Lots of roundness in the mouth with floraly, woody and spicy notes with dried fruit, toffee and hints of sweet spices, candied orange peel and integrated oak.

Artisan-made in small batches from Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes, distilled at a relatively low strength and then aged in local Gascon oak for 10 years to give it its richness, power and great structure.

Made by the Guasch family, predominantly from grapes grown on their estate in Gascony, using time-honoured, traditional methods.

Best served neat at room temperature as a digestif or after dinner drink.
