A double award winning gin distilled in batches of 40 bottles, in stills we made ourselves from milk churns, on a family dairy farm in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. We combine botanicals foraged from the farm's hedgerows and the farmhouse garden with Norfolk lavender to produce a beautifully balanced, rounded gin with a light floral nose, fresh Mediterranean herbal notes, citrus and warm spices and a long, smooth finish.
Garnish with a small sprig of Rosemary for the perfect serve in a G&T, or use as the base for a Martini where the smoothness of this gin really stands out.
