Our smooth Dry gin is lightly infused with edible rose petals to produce a distinctive, floral gin that can be paired equally well with plain tonic or floral tonics such as Elderflower or Rhubarb and Hibiscus. The addition of fizzy tonic to the gin causes a natural colour change from caramel to a soft pink and releases the full depth of flavour and fragrance of the gin.Makes a wonderful grapefruit and Rose gin fizz cocktail.
