Fans of Sancerre Rouge and lighter German Pinot Noirs will like this. Bright cherry red showing fine tannins, soft red plum and berry flavours with good structure and balanced acidity. Naturally wild fermented in stainless steel. Jane MacQuitty of The Times calls it “vibrant, jolly, red plum fruit”. Pairs with pork pie, venison, mushrooms and Wells Alpine cheese.
