Winbirri Vintage Reserve English Sparkling Wine 12% 75cl
A fabulous sparkling wine that's pale gold, has great clarity and tiny bubbles.
It has a delicate and complex aroma of white peach, wild blossom and spice. The palate is finesse with wild strawberry and citrus fruit with a hint of brioche, all leading into a creamy, seductive balance.
A really lovely bottle of fizz to celebrate with.
Winbirri Vineyard produces world-beating English wines here in Norfolk. They have 25 acres in Surlingham which is an important Anglo-Sexon settlement on the edge of the Norfolk Broads National Park. The Name Winbirri comes from the Anglo-Saxon 'win' (wine) and 'birri' (grape).
