Emblematic dish of the Andalusian gastronomy, which we elaborate with the best ingredients and following the traditional homemade recipe: crushing tomatoes grown in our land with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt, until we obtain a fine and homogeneous mixture. Then we add water to obtain a liquid texture.
