A black truffle cream (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) That increases the flavour of your dishes based on pasta, rice, grilled meat, fish or appetizers.

Preservation:

Without the addition of preservatives and artificial colours. Store in a dry place, away from direct light and heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and refrigerate. Consume within a few days.

How To Use:

It can be used as a substitute in all truffle dishes. There is no need to cook it, nor to add other ingredients, it is ready to use. Heat the product: open the jar and put it in the microwave or heat it over medium heat for a minute. It resists high temperatures and can therefore be used for all culinary preparations.
