Since 1860 Casa Vecchio Mulino in Carmagnole, Turin, has been making these grissini and bread sticks by hand.
They use the highest quality ingredients, the natural and slow raising of the dough, the handmade processing with thin strips of dough stretched by hand one by one and the slow baking.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (10%), salt, malted wheat flour (gluten), brewer´s yeast, rosemary 0.3%.
