Chapter 18 Single Malt Whisky
Normal Price: £75
Wine Club Price: £67.50
England’s oldest whisky producer is proud to mark a milestone with the limited release of Chapter 18 Single Malt Whisky.
Carefully selected from some of the oldest and finest casks filled over the past 18 years, this exceptional whisky offers a deep, luxurious, creamy flavour on the palate, followed by a long, lingering finish.
Presented in an elegant tube, the packaging tells the story of St George’s Distillery — from its construction, to the first visit by King Charles (then the Prince of Wales), to award presentations over the years, including last year’s accolade for producing the Best Whisky in the World with their Sherry Cask Single Malt.
In an unusual treat for such a rare release, Wine Club members will have the exclusive opportunity to sample this whisky, thanks to our special friendship with Andrew Nelstrop and his dedicated team.

Château de l'Aumérade 'Aumérade Style' 2024 - Côtes de Provence, France
Normal Price: £14.50
Wine Club Price: £11.60
Château de L’Aumerade is a historic 400-year-old estate in the heart of Provence, just a few miles from the Mediterranean coast. The vineyards benefit from cooling, salty mistral winds, which help keep the grapes healthy and free from rot.
Crafted from 40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 30% Syrah, this wine shows a pale salmon colour and a refreshingly fruity bouquet. On the palate, expect delicate cranberry notes and a clean mineral finish, with elegant length and finesse.
Flint Vineyard Bacchus Fumé 2024 - Norfolk, England
Normal Price: £20
Wine Club Price: £16
A refined expression of Norfolk’s signature grape, Bacchus. This wine is made from the best fruit, sourced from multiple sites across the region. Each parcel is fermented separately, with 60% of the grapes de-stemmed and 40% left whole, balancing floral and tropical character with bright acidity.
Ripe flavours of pear and apple with a hint of pink grapefruit dance on the palate. Subtle oak ageing adds a gentle structure, making it a versatile wine for pairing, think seafood, creamy cheeses, and more.
Amalaya Malbec 2023 - Salta, Argentina
Normal Price: £14.50
Wine Club Price: £11.40
The ultimate barbecue red from a country with more cattle than people, if anyone knows the perfect wine for steak, it’s Argentina.
While most Argentinian Malbec comes from the Mendoza region, Amalaya is crafted in Salta, a unique high-altitude region in the northeast, near the Bolivian border. Here, vineyards sit at 1,800 metres above sea level, between cactus-strewn desert and snow-capped mountains. This environment creates wines of great concentration, yet with elegance and freshness.
Blended with small amounts of Tannat and Petit Verdot, this Malbec offers bold flavour with polish, a favourite at our wine bars for good reason.
