The 2019 Château Beaumont is a finely balanced Cru Bourgeois Supérieur from the Haut-Médoc, blending 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot. Aromas of sweet red and black berries, pencil shavings and loamy soil lead to a supple, medium- to full-bodied palate with a fleshy core of fruit, lively acidity and melting, fine-grained tannins. Polished, charming and expressive, it is one of the finest vintages produced by the estate, offering excellent drinking now and strong ageing potential.
