Crafted by Lee at his Surlingham Vineyard, this elegant wine showcases the classic Pinot Noir grape, revered for its role in Burgundy’s finest reds and highly prized in the Loire Valley for producing the iconic Sancerre Rosé.

This wine delivers complex aromas of cherries, strawberries and cream, with a hint of rose petals. The palate offers deeply rewarding, layered flavours that are equally enjoyable with food or on their own.

If you enjoy your rosé in a more classical French style, this delicately sophisticated gem from Roussillon in the south of France is a must-try.

Domaine Lafage, situated between Perpignan and the Spanish border, has a winemaking heritage dating back to 1798. The vineyard is planted with Mourvèdre, Grenache Gris, and Grenache Noir, each with vines averaging 25 years of age.

Harvested in early September, the grapes are gently pressed to preserve their delicate flavours. This pale rosé offers vibrant aromas of strawberry and citrus, best enjoyed young alongside your favourite summer dishes.

Around 290 miles southeast of Adelaide lies the small town of Padthaway, home to some of Australia's finest Shiraz vineyards.

Here, sandy loam soils over clay, with low water retention, help concentrate flavour and deepen colour, resulting in the intensely rich “Black Shiraz.”

Expect bold blackberry and plum notes, with hints of coffee and spicy oak. It has excellent structure and length,a real treat for Shiraz lovers.
