Channel your inner globe trotter with this special hat The Gallivanter. Harking back to the halcyon days of travel, this hat is reminiscent of steamer trunks, dining cars, Baedeker guides and rooms with views.
The hat itself brings the opportunity to own a little slice of millinery history. Formed from a vintage, handwoven, fabric, this is a genuine toquilla straw (traditionally used in Panama hats) and is highly sought after in millinery circles and among hat connoisseurs. Blocked and finished in the Goodrum & Merryweather studio in the heart of Norwich, a hand-sculpted double bow adds a simple yet smart touch to the right hand-side of the crown. Robust, shade-giving, lightweight; the perfect travel companion for adventures near and far.
This is a fitted hat, made for a 22.5inch, average sized, head (although with a natural material such as straw there is some ease allowance).
