We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Team Leader to work in our Beauty Department. This role would ideally suit a candidate who has previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role.

Reporting Michelle Vale, Beauty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful operation of the Beauty Department, supporting concessions and adjacent departments as and when required. 

You will be able to demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and lead by example in terms of your customer experience and service skills. The team is central to the success of the floor, so an understanding of how to inspire, motivate and support the team’s well-being is essential. 

This role will give you the opportunity to enjoy the following responsibilities: 

  • Work with the Beauty Manager to achieve department KPIs and sales targets.
  • Working on the sales floor as a positive role model for the sales team inspiring them to achieve their very best and promoting the businesses’ purpose, vision & values in an omni-channel business.
  • Help with the day-to-day smooth operation of the department ensuring that sales targets are met, and tasks are complete.
  • Being able to delegate tasks to team members and ensure all areas of the floor are properly covered throughout the day.
  • Help maintain outstanding customer service standards across the department and the ability to resolve any customer issues as they arise.
  • Support the induction of new colleagues and support a learning environment for all colleagues.
  • Encourage colleagues in the collection of customer data though loyalty sign ups.
