Furniture Sales Manager - Jarrold Wymondham

Jarrold of Wymondham offers a large range of exciting homeware brands to help customers furnish and equip their homes in style. Along with furniture, the branch offers a range of carpets, cookware, linens, soft furnishings and curtains.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to manage the branch in this bustling market town. You will be leading a loyal sales team who are well established in the business and have strong connections with local customers and the community. You must be confident to work with a high degree of autonomy and be passionate about developing and maintaining the reputation of the Jarrold brand in Wymondham and further afield.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

• Strong leadership skills and an ability to coach and develop a team to deliver both sales and an excellent customer experience.
• A genuine interest in furniture, carpet and home design
• Proven experience in delivering sales targets and business KPIs, ideally within a furniture business however this is not essential.
