eCommerce Assistant - Christmas

Christmas at Jarrolds is like no other retailer - a family business that keeps people at its heart, Inspiring and delighting Norwich and Norfolk for generations through brilliant curation and outstanding experiences.

Our E-Commerce team are looking for awesome colleagues to help spread the Christmas magic during our busiest time of year and to provide our customers with a fantastic online experience.

Our website is operational 24/7, so we are looking for colleagues who are able to begin work before our stores open, as well as be available for shifts that finish after the store has closed.

We have full time and part time hours available and we are looking for team members who enjoy being active, and have a "can do" attitude. You don’t need to have previous retail or E-commerce experience as full training will be given.

The role:

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ orders are processed correctly and you may be assigned to work in the area of picking orders, processing orders, or packing. And at times there may be the need to assist our warehouse team in processing their orders.

The role will be based at our London Street store as well as at our warehouse on the outskirts of the city.
